Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Rooted In Qi! We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our online Qigong and dance fitness classes.

1. Class Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a class for any reason (such as instructor illness or technical issues), you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future class—your choice.

We will notify you as soon as possible via the contact information you provided at booking.

2. Refunds by Client Request

We understand that plans change. You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made before or shortly after the scheduled class time.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • If you have a monthly membership, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your membership period.

  • If you have a 10-class pass, you may request a refund for any unused classes remaining on the pass.

To request a refund, please email us at rootedinqi@gmail.com with your name, class date(s), and reason for the request.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The class was attended in full.

  • The membership or pass period has fully expired.

  • Technical issues on your end (e.g., internet connectivity or device problems) prevent attendance.

However, at our discretion, we may offer a class credit in some cases.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive confirmation by email once your refund has been issued.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date.
